Three young arbitration organizations from the Nordics (Young Arbitration Club Finland, Young Arbitrators Copenhagen and Young Arbitrators Sweden) have joined their forces to organize an event in Helsinki on May 27 – on the eve of the Helsinki International Arbitration Day 2015. The topic of the event is “Times of Reform – what can we learn from each other?”. Around the world, arbitration institutes are revising their rules and governments are reforming their arbitration laws at an ever-increasing pace. Also in the Nordic jurisdiction, many of our arbitration rules and laws have either been modernized recently or are currently undergoing changes. A panel of four speakers, one from each Nordic country, will address these past and upcoming reforms, and explore what we can learn from each others’ experiences. For more information about the event please see the invitation.
