FAI Expedited Arbitration Rules

Expedited arbitration is mainly designed for a speedy resolution of minor disputes (less complex, with a smaller amount in dispute) by a sole arbitrator.

The arbitral award is rendered within three months of the date the case file is transferred to the arbitral tribunal.
