The FAI will be transitioning to a new technological solution for internal case management during the end of the year 2021. The new solution is part of the FAI’s larger project of broadening and modernising its digital service offering to serve the parties resolving their disputes under the auspices of the FAI even better in the future.
The FAI’s current legal trainee, Aleksi Komulainen, has worked closely with the development of and transition to the new solution during his traineeship with the Institute.
“The day-to-day operations of an arbitral institute need to be as efficient as possible to enable the swift resolution of disputes. Transitioning to the new IT-solution helps streamline internal case management processes by making them more user friendly, and opens the path for further modernisation of the FAI’s services,” Aleksi says.
The FAI will follow up with the adoption of its new digital services for parties and other stakeholders later on.
