Our forms may be used for filing the Request for Arbitration and the respondent’s Answer to the Request for Arbitration. These forms can be used in arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce and the Rules for Expedited Arbitration of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.

The Request for Arbitration and the Answer to the same shall be submitted in the language of the arbitration as agreed by the parties. Failing such agreement, the Request for Arbitration shall be submitted in the language of the arbitration agreement.
