Pedro Arcoverde
Senior Legal Counsel, Airbus S.A.S
Pedro Arcoverde is a dispute resolution lawyer admitted to practice law in Brazil and in France. He is a senior legal counsel in charge of commercial disputes at Airbus, responsible for a portfolio of arbitrations and litigations across the globe, involving all divisions of the Airbus group (commercial aircraft, defence and space, and helicopters).
Before joining Airbus in 2023, Pedro worked as Deputy Counsel, Counsel and Managing Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris and New York. In this last position, Pedro oversaw twelve teams managing close to 2,000 arbitrations in various jurisdictions and in the most diverse industries.
He trained with two international law firms and a major energy company in Paris and also worked as tribunal secretary to an international arbitrator. Pedro is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and teaches dispute resolution at Sciences Po Law School.
Prof. Dr. Gilles Cuniberti, LL.M. (Yale)
Professor, University of Luxembourg
Gilles Cuniberti is Professor of Comparative Private International Law at the University of Luxembourg and has been the president of the European Association of Private International Law since 2019. He has authored more than 10 books, including a commentary on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration (Edward Elgar, 2022) and a monograph exploring the concept and desirability of default arbitration (Rethinking International Commercial Arbitration – Towards Default Arbitration, Edward Elgar 2017).
He regularly acts as an expert for EU institutions, in particular in expert groups assisting the European Commission on the elaboration of EU Regulations. In Luxembourg, he was one of the five drafters of the recent 2023 arbitration law.
Cuniberti holds a Doctorate in Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and an LL.M. degree from Yale Law School. He was a member of the Paris bar between 1999 and 2004 and practiced commercial law in the Paris office of Herbert Smith (as it was then). He then became an independent consultant.
Dr. Ole Jensen
Managing Counsel, ArbBoutique
Dr Ole Jensen is Managing Counsel at ArbBoutique. He acts as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and under various institutional rules (ICC, DIS, LCIA, SCC, SIAC and UNCITRAL). His practice focuses on commercial arbitration matters seated in civil and common law jurisdictions, with a range of applicable laws, and conducted in both English and German. He is included on various arbitrator rosters, including for the “Dispute Resolution for Riot Games’ Esports.”
Ole’s cases span a broad range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on technology disputes. They relate to shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements (post-M&A), joint venture agreements, license agreements, long-term supply contracts, sale of goods and other commercial contracts. Prof. Dr. Stefan Kröll

Stefan Kröll is Professor for International Dispute Resolution at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and one of the directors of the Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot Court. He is the chairman of the German Arbitration Institute and Germany’s national correspondent to UNCITRAL for arbitration. He has been a member of FAI’s and VIAC’s international advisory boards.
Stefan has published widely in the field of international arbitration and international law and is member of the editorial or advisory boards of several international journals. Robin Oldenstam is a partner and head of international arbitration at Mannheimer Swartling as well as the Chairman of the Board of the SCC Arbitration Institute (SCC). Pietro Ortolani is a Full Professor of Digital Conflict Resolution at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. He holds a law degree from the University of Pisa and a Ph.D. in arbitration from LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome. Before joining Radboud University, he was a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law and a Law Research Associate at Queen Mary, University of London.

Henrik Sajakorpi is the Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (FAI). He leads the FAI Secretariat and drives the FAI’s domestic and international initiatives in collaboration with the FAI Board.

Jussi-Pekka Rantanen is Senior News Presenter and Producer at the Finnish Broadcasting Company Yle.
