In this webinar, Stefan Kröll, Chairman of the Board (DIS) and Gisela Knuts, Independent Arbitrator, Board Vice-Chair (FAI) will draw from their vast experience as arbitrators and highlight the specific benefits and challenges of arbitrating in both countries under the DIS and the FAI Rules. They will also share their institutional perspective on what makes “Finnish” and “German” arbitrations special.
The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Ramona Schardt, LL.M. (UVA) and Sanna Kaistinen.
