The FAI has updated its bank account details for filing fees and advances on costs, effective from 1 August 2024. This change impacts all payments under the FAI Arbitration Rules and the FAI Mediation Rules.
From 1 August 2024, all filing fee payments must be made using the following bank account details:
- Bank: OP Corporate Bank plc
- IBAN: FI85 5789 5420 1165 30
- BIC/SWIFT: OKOYFIHH
- Recipient: Finland Chamber of Commerce
Additionally, from 1 August 2024, all advance on cost payments must be made using the following bank account details:
- Bank: OP Corporate Bank plc
- IBAN: FI84 5789 5420 1165 48
- BIC/SWIFT: OKOYFIHH
- Recipient: Finland Chamber of Commerce
The FAI’s current bank accounts for filing fees and advances on costs will be closed on 1 August 2024. For clarity, the FAI will transfer all funds in the current bank accounts to the new accounts. No action is required from the parties related to this change.
