The FAI administers both international and domestic arbitrations under the FAI Arbitration Rules and the FAI Expedited Arbitration Rules. To increase visibility for potential appointments, we have launched a confidential database where professionals can share their profiles with the FAI.
The database complements the work of the FAI Board and Secretariat in identifying and appointing arbitrators with appropriate qualifications, availability, and expertise, taking into account the circumstances of each case and any requirements agreed by the parties.
